To ensure a smooth and reliable service for everyone, please read the following policies.  By booking an appointment with Norfolk Massage, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or rearrange an appointment.

Cancellations, rearrangements or missed appointments with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged at 100% of the treatment fee, excluding any additional travel charges.

As a mobile service, appointments and travel are planned in advance, making it difficult to fill spaces at short notice. For this reason, the same cancellation policy applies regardless of the reason.

Norfolk Massage reserves the right to request advance payment for future bookings.

Illness

If you're unwell, particularly with a fever or contagious illness, please get in touch as soon as possible to rearrange.  The standard 24-hour cancellation policy also applies to illness.

Late Arrivals

If you're running behind, please let Norfolk Massage know as soon as possible.

Every effort will be made to accommodate you, but your treatment may need to be shortened to avoid affecting other appointments.  The full treatment fee will still apply.

If your therapist is running late, every effort will be made to provide your full treatment time or adjust the fee accordingly.

Health & Treatment Suitability

Please disclose any relevant medical conditions, injuries, allergies or changes to your health before your appointment.

Treatments may need to be adapted or postponed where necessary.  Norfolk Massage reserves the right to decline or stop a treatment if it would be unsafe or inappropriate to continue.

Treatment location and additional charges

Please provide a clean, warm and suitable space with sufficient room for your treatment. 

Any access or parking restrictions including paid parking must be disclosed when booking.

Additional mileage charges will be confirmed in advance. Any necessary parking fees will be added to your treatment fee.

Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.

Treatments must take place within the Norfolk Massage service area, at a suitable location. 

Please check these requirements before purchasing. Vouchers cannot be refunded solely because a treatment location is unsuitable or outside the service area.
